Dumb ass people

Few bits of thoughts:
If the word "Allah" is exclusive to muslims, do they mean that they are saying that only their god exist?

The tribespeople are Malay-speaking, so Catholic officials say "Allah" is the only word they know for God.

But many Muslims in Malaysia have refused to accept the argument that "Allah" is an Arabic word that predates Islam, and that it is used by Christians in countries such as Egypt, Syria, Lebanon and Indonesia regularly in their worship.


Anal, simply anal.
As a Christian, I have been taught to respect all other religions and believers, but this incident is absolutely unacceptable. I have some muslim friends and for sure they are nowhere as anal as this.
I understand that Malaysia is a muslim country, but does any Catholic, Buddhist or Christian country forbid muslims living in that country using the word God?

And with the government appealing a court verdict allowing a Catholic publication to use the common word for God in the Malay language, which result in the High court suspending its decision till the appeal, it just shows discrimination against other religions. What's next? Jail terms? Death sentence till the other religions don't exist in that land?

It may be a word, but the actions that followed definitely has made many of us see how anal(can't find another less vulgar word) these people are.
Now there's church burning, whats next? Cause an international religious war? You never know.
